For readers in a hurry

MemoryFuel in 60 seconds

  1. What it is, and is not. A creatine-led brain health drink powder sold as a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine, it has not been tested as a finished formula in a published trial, and it does not treat memory disorders.
  2. How you take it. One scoop stirred into 6 to 8 oz of water or juice, once a day. Most people tie it to breakfast. There are no capsules to swallow, which is the point: 5 g of creatine would fill six or more large capsules.
  3. Who it suits. Healthy adults, often over 50, who want a simple daily routine built around creatine and a few nutrients that commonly run low with age, and who are willing to give it eight weeks.
  4. What happens if it does nothing for you. The maker's 90-day policy refunds the product price on returned jars, opened or empty. You pay the original shipping and, in practice, the return postage.
The real reasons

Why people look for a memory support supplement like MemoryFuel

Almost nobody searches for a brain health powder because a test result told them to. They search because of small, repeated moments that chip at confidence. Those moments are worth naming, partly because some of them are normal parts of aging and some are not. The National Institute on Aging draws a clear line between the occasional misplaced word and changes that disrupt daily life[21].

Names that stay on the tip of the tongue

You know the face, you know where you met, and the name simply refuses to arrive until the conversation is over. Slower name retrieval is one of the most common complaints after 50, and it is usually a speed problem rather than a storage problem. This is exactly the kind of moment the creatine research is trying to address, because recall under time pressure is an energy-hungry task for the brain.

The 2 p.m. fade

Mornings feel sharp, then attention drains away after lunch. Part of that is ordinary circadian rhythm and part of it is sleep debt. Interestingly, the strongest single creatine result in recent years came from a sleep deprivation experiment[6], which is one reason the ingredient is attracting people who feel mentally tired rather than forgetful.

Losing the thread in conversation

Following a fast phone call, a meeting or a family story with three subplots takes working memory, the mental notepad that holds a few items while you use them. People notice when that notepad feels smaller. Working memory is one of the outcomes measured in the creatine trials, with modest gains reported in some of them[3].

Pill fatigue

Many buyers already take a handful of tablets each morning. A drink powder adds a ritual instead of more pills, and it is also the only practical way to deliver 5,000 mg of creatine, because the same dose in capsules would take six or more large capsules a day. That is a real, practical advantage of the MemoryFuel format, separate from any question about results.

When to skip the supplement aisle and call a doctor: getting lost in familiar places, repeating the same question within minutes, trouble with bills or medicines that used to be easy, or personality changes. The Alzheimer's Association lists these among the early warning signs that deserve an evaluation[22]. A powder is not the right first step for any of them.

Plain definition

What is MemoryFuel?

MemoryFuel is a powdered dietary supplement marketed as a brain health formula. The jar is printed with the Nutraville brand and lists Nutraville Pte Ltd, 10900 Research Blvd, Ste 160C PMB 1134, Austin, TX 78759, as the company behind it, with an information line of 1-302-251-2961. The front panel names three intended areas, memory ("supports recall and retention"), focus ("promotes clear thinking") and clarity ("helps you stay sharp").

The product is sold online through ClickBank, which acts as the retailer of record and processes the payment. Orders ship from a fulfillment center in Tallmadge, Ohio. That is why this desk sends every order to the maker's own checkout instead of handling payments here.

In regulatory terms it is a dietary supplement under U.S. law. That means the FDA does not review it for safety or effectiveness before it goes on sale, the company is responsible for the accuracy of its label, and claims must stay at the level of "supports" rather than "treats"[24].

What it is not
  • Not a prescription memory medicine such as donepezil or memantine.
  • Not an approved treatment for Alzheimer's disease or any dementia.
  • Not a stimulant: there is no caffeine on the panel.
  • Not a proprietary blend: each active has a stated amount.
  • Not sold by Amazon, Walmart or GNC as an authorized channel.

If you take a prescribed memory medicine, MemoryFuel does not replace it. Keep your current treatment and ask whoever prescribed it about adding a supplement.

Mechanisms

How is MemoryFuel supposed to work?

The formula rests on one big idea, brain energy, and four supporting nutrients. Here is each lane in plain language, with how far the human evidence actually goes.

Creatine and brain energy

Brain cells burn through ATP, the molecule that powers almost everything they do. Creatine, stored as phosphocreatine, acts like a quick-release battery that turns used ADP back into ATP within milliseconds. Supplementing creatine raises total brain creatine modestly, by roughly 5 to 10 percent in imaging studies[4]. The theory is that a bigger buffer helps during demanding moments: fast recall, sleep loss, mental fatigue. Animal and human data support the theory better than most supplement mechanisms do[7].

Choline and acetylcholine

Acetylcholine is a chemical messenger heavily involved in attention and memory, and choline is its raw material. Most American adults eat less than the adequate intake for choline[12]. The 300 mg in a scoop helps close that gap. Whether extra choline improves memory in people who are not low is far less clear; the best human data are observational diet studies[11].

Magnesium and the stress-energy link

Magnesium is needed by hundreds of enzymes, including the ones that handle ATP, and it influences how nerve cells respond to signals. Low magnesium is common in older adults and people on certain medicines[13]. Raising brain magnesium improved learning in rats[14], but convincing memory trials in people are still missing. Glycinate is a gentle form that tends to be easier on the stomach.

Vitamin D3 and B12 as status nutrients

These two matter most if you are low, and many older adults are. Vitamin D receptors are found throughout the brain, and an observational study linked supplement users to fewer dementia diagnoses[16]. B12 deficiency can itself cause memory problems that improve with treatment[17]. If your levels are already normal, adding more is unlikely to sharpen anything[18].

The idea behind combining them

The design logic is "energy plus raw materials plus no bottlenecks": creatine for the energy buffer, choline for messenger supply, and magnesium, D3 and B12 to remove common deficiencies that could blunt the effect. It is a sensible design. It is also a design that has not been tested as a finished product, so the combination's benefit is an inference, not a measured result.

What the sales page oversells

The maker's video talks about results "within hours." The single-dose study behind that idea used about 0.35 g per kilogram of body weight, roughly 25 g for a 70 kg adult, during a night without sleep[6]. A normal 5 g scoop builds brain creatine over weeks. Expect a slow build, not an afternoon switch.

Monographs

What are the ingredients in MemoryFuel?

Each ingredient below is paired with a short, sourced summary of the research. Amounts come straight from the Supplement Facts panel.

Figure 1. Inside MemoryFuel: the five actives and three other ingredients printed on the jar, arranged around the real 7.9 oz container.
5,000 mg per scoop

Creatine monohydrate

The most studied form of creatine and the same compound used for decades in sports nutrition. Your body makes about 1 g a day and food supplies more, mainly from meat and fish, so vegetarians and older adults tend to have lower stores. In MemoryFuel it is the anchor ingredient by weight and by intent.

The research

Creatine: the research

A 2018 systematic review found short-term memory and reasoning benefits in some trials, with the clearest signals in older adults and under stress[1]. A 2023 meta-analysis of ten randomized trials reported a small overall improvement in memory, larger in adults aged 66 to 76[2]. In a classic trial, 5 g a day for six weeks improved working memory and intelligence test scores in young vegetarians[3]; another found memory gains mainly in vegetarians[5].

300 mg per scoop

Choline (as dl-choline bitartrate)

Choline is an essential nutrient that the liver can only partly make. It feeds acetylcholine and cell membranes. Eggs, liver and soybeans are rich sources. The adequate intake is 425 mg for women and 550 mg for men, so one scoop covers roughly half to two-thirds of a day's target.

The research

Choline: the research

In the Framingham Offspring Cohort, people eating more choline scored better on verbal and visual memory tests[11]. That is an association in a diet study, not proof that a supplement improves memory. The NIH fact sheet notes that trials of choline supplements for cognition in healthy adults have been small and inconsistent[12].

300 mg per scoop · 71% DV

Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate)

The label lists 300 mg of magnesium supplied as glycinate, a chelated form that is generally gentler on digestion than oxide. That is a substantial dose, close to the 350 mg daily upper limit that applies to magnesium from supplements.

The research

Magnesium: the research

Low magnesium intake is common and is linked to poorer health outcomes broadly[13]. The memory-specific evidence is mostly from animals, such as the rat study in which raising brain magnesium enhanced learning and memory[14]. Treat magnesium here as a sensible nutrient top-up rather than a proven memory booster.

50 mcg (2,000 IU) · 25 mcg

Vitamin D3 and vitamin B12

D3 is printed as cholecalciferol at 2,000 IU, a common maintenance dose well under the 4,000 IU upper limit. B12 is printed as cyanocobalamin at 25 mcg, about ten times the RDA, which is typical for supplements because absorption falls with age and with medicines like metformin and acid blockers[17].

The research

D3 and B12: the research

Vitamin D users in a large U.S. cohort had about 40 percent fewer dementia diagnoses over ten years, an observational result that cannot prove cause[16]. Randomized trials of vitamin D for cognition have been mixed[15]. For B12, a randomized trial in older people with mild deficiency found no cognitive improvement from B12 alone over 24 weeks[18]. Both earn their place mainly by preventing deficiency.

Named in ads, absent from the panel

L-theanine

The maker's sales pages describe 200 mg of L-theanine as one of "six ingredients." The Supplement Facts panel on the jar image we checked lists five actives and no L-theanine. Until the label shows it, we treat MemoryFuel as a five-active formula, and so should you.

The research

L-theanine: what we found

L-theanine, an amino acid from tea, has some trial support for stress and sleep-related symptoms[19]. If you want it, it is inexpensive on its own. If the label on your jar does list it, the panel on your jar wins over anything written here; tell us and we will update this page.

Transparency

MemoryFuel dosage vs. research dosage: an honest look

The creatine dose is research-grade; the speed claims are not, and no study tested this exact formula

This section is where most brain supplement sites go quiet. MemoryFuel actually comes out of it better than average on dose, and worse than its advertising on timing. Here is the comparison, ingredient by ingredient.

IngredientPer scoopTypical amount in human researchOur read
Creatine monohydrate5,000 mg3-5 g/day for weeks; 20 g/day loading in some trials; one 0.35 g/kg single doseMatches the maintenance dose used in memory trials[3]
Choline300 mgDiet studies compare intake quartiles; trials vary widelyA meaningful top-up toward the 425-550 mg adequate intake
Magnesium300 mgDeficiency correction typically 200-400 mg/dayGenerous; near the 350 mg supplement upper limit[13]
Vitamin D350 mcg (2,000 IU)800-4,000 IU/day in most trialsStandard maintenance dose[15]
Vitamin B1225 mcgDeficiency treatment often 500-1,000 mcg/day orallyFine for prevention, low for treating a deficiency[17]

Three honest conclusions follow. First, the creatine is not a token sprinkle. Five grams a day is the dose sports scientists and memory researchers both use, and safety data at that dose are extensive[8]. That puts MemoryFuel ahead of many memory products that list a 500 mg "matrix" of a dozen herbs.

Second, time matters more than the marketing admits. In the imaging study that measured brain creatine directly, volunteers took 20 g a day for four weeks and brain levels rose by under 10 percent[4]. At 5 g a day the rise is slower still. A fair trial of MemoryFuel is weeks long, which is exactly why the 90-day window is useful.

Third, the formula as a whole is untested. Nobody has run a placebo-controlled trial of this specific powder, and the effects of the five ingredients together are inferred, not measured. When a page tells you otherwise, ask to see the trial. We looked and could not find one.

B12 form: cyanocobalamin

Some promotional copy calls the B12 "methylcobalamin." The panel says cyanocobalamin. Both forms raise B12 levels effectively in people without rare genetic issues; we mention it only because label and advertising should agree.

About a certificate of analysis

The maker does not publish a batch certificate of analysis online, and we do not invent one. A good CoA shows identity, potency against label, heavy metals and microbes for a named lot. You can ask support@thememoryfuel.com for the CoA matching the lot on your jar.

Realistic expectations

What are the benefits of MemoryFuel?

Each potential benefit below is written at the strength the evidence supports, with the usual legal asterisk that these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Everyday recall and working memory support*

Creatine at 5 g a day is the best-supported ingredient here for short-term memory, with the largest effects reported in older adults[2]. Think "slightly quicker, slightly more reliable," not a transformation.

Mental stamina when tired*

Creatine's strongest results tend to appear under stress, such as sleep loss or long demanding tasks[1]. If your complaint is mental fatigue more than forgetfulness, this may be the most relevant benefit.

Closing common nutrient gaps*

Choline, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin B12 are all nutrients that many older adults get too little of. Correcting a real shortfall is the most reliable thing any of these four can do.

A simple, pill-free routine*

One scoop in a drink replaces several capsules. Consistency matters more than any single ingredient, and a routine you actually keep is a practical benefit in its own right.

What MemoryFuel does not do

It does not treat or reverse dementia or Alzheimer's disease, it does not replace a prescribed memory medicine, it does not make up for chronic sleep loss, untreated hearing loss, depression or poorly controlled blood pressure, all of which the 2024 Lancet Commission lists among modifiable risks for cognitive decline[20]. It also does not produce noticeable results in a few hours at a normal dose, whatever a video says.

Self-check

Is MemoryFuel right for you? A 30-second check

Read both columns. If anything on the right applies, talk to your doctor before ordering.

A good fit if...

  • You are an adult who wants to try creatine for brain energy in an easy daily drink.
  • You eat little meat or fish, which tends to mean lower creatine stores.
  • Your memory slips are the ordinary, annoying kind, not the alarming kind.
  • You prefer a powder to swallowing more capsules.
  • You can commit to about eight weeks before judging.

Skip it or ask your doctor first if...

  • You have kidney disease, a single kidney or reduced kidney function.
  • You are pregnant, nursing or under 18 (the label says so).
  • You take antibiotics, bisphosphonates, thiazide diuretics or several prescriptions.
  • Your memory changes are new, sudden, or worrying family members.
  • You already take high-dose vitamin D or magnesium from other products.
Directions

How to take MemoryFuel

The label's suggested use is one scoop daily in 6 to 8 oz of water or another beverage. These four steps turn that into a routine that sticks.

  1. Shake the jar, level the scoop

Powders settle in transit. A quick shake and a level scoop keep each serving close to the printed 7.5 g.

  2. Mix into 6-8 oz of liquid

Water works; juice or a smoothie hides the stevia taste. Room temperature dissolves creatine better than ice water.

  3. Drink it with a meal

Taking it with food reduces the chance of stomach upset and ties the habit to something you never skip.

  4. Check your medicines first

Show the panel to your pharmacist if you take prescriptions, especially antibiotics, osteoporosis drugs or diuretics.

Format

MemoryFuel powder vs. capsules and other forms

Most memory supplements come as capsules because capsules hide small doses well. MemoryFuel is a powder for a simple reason of volume: 5 g of creatine plus everything else adds up to about 7.5 g a serving. Here is how the formats compare in practice.

FactorMemoryFuel powderTypical memory capsulePlain creatine powder
Creatine per day5,000 mgOften 0-500 mg, if any5,000 mg

TasteNatural flavors + steviaNoneUnflavored, slightly gritty
TravelJar or pre-measured bagsEasiestJar
Cost per day$1.63-$2.47$1-$3Usually well under $0.50

Absorption is not the deciding factor here. Creatine monohydrate is absorbed almost completely from the gut whether it comes in water or a capsule[10]. The deciding factors are the dose you can comfortably take and whether you want the extra nutrients bundled. If you only want creatine and do not mind the plain taste, a generic creatine powder is the budget route, and we say so on our cost comparison.

The math

MemoryFuel price per day and best value

Each jar holds 30 daily scoops, so the per-day cost is simply the pack total divided by the days it covers. Including shipping where it applies:

  • 2 jars: $138 + $9.99 = $147.99 over 60 days, about $2.47/day.
  • 4 jars: $236 over 120 days, about $1.97/day.
  • 6 jars: $294 over 180 days, about $1.63/day.

The 6-jar pack costs $0.84 a day less than the 2-jar pack, which is $151 across six months. The trade-off is commitment: a bigger pack is the better value only if you would have kept going anyway. The 90-day refund window applies to the whole order, so you can still return unopened and empty jars from a 6-pack if MemoryFuel is not for you.

For context, plain creatine monohydrate typically costs a fraction of this. What the extra buys is the choline, magnesium, D3 and B12, the flavoring, the convenience and the refund policy. Whether that is worth it is your call; we would rather you decide with the numbers in front of you.

Safety

Is MemoryFuel safe? Side effects and interactions

For healthy adults, the five actives in MemoryFuel are among the better-studied nutrients on the market, and the amounts sit within established safe ranges. Creatine at 3 to 5 g a day has been taken safely for years in long-term studies, according to the International Society of Sports Nutrition's review of the evidence[8], and common worries about hair loss, dehydration and kidney damage in healthy people are not supported by the research[9]. Still, "generally safe" is not the same as "safe for you," so here is what to watch.

Side effects people actually report

  • Stomach upset or loose stools, mostly from magnesium or from taking creatine on an empty stomach. Taking the scoop with food usually fixes it.
  • Water weight of a pound or two in the first weeks, because creatine pulls water into muscle. It is not fat and it plateaus.
  • Higher creatinine on blood tests. Creatine breaks down into creatinine, the marker labs use to estimate kidney function, so readings can rise without any kidney harm[23]. Tell your doctor before routine bloodwork.
  • Taste. Stevia leaves an aftertaste some people dislike. Mixing into juice or a smoothie helps.

Ask your doctor before you start if you...

  • have kidney disease or take medicines that can stress the kidneys, such as regular high-dose NSAIDs;
  • take tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics or bisphosphonates like alendronate, which magnesium can bind (separate them by several hours)[13];
  • take thiazide diuretics, which combined with vitamin D can raise calcium[15];
  • already take vitamin D or magnesium supplements, so the totals do not exceed upper limits;
  • are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have any diagnosed medical condition, as the label itself advises.

Do not stop prescribed medicine. If you take a cholinesterase inhibitor or memantine for a memory disorder, keep taking it as directed and let your prescriber decide whether a supplement makes sense alongside it. Report any unusual symptom to your doctor and stop the supplement while you find out why.

For the long version, including what to do if you are on several prescriptions, see the full MemoryFuel side effects and safety guide.

Timeline

How long does MemoryFuel take to work?

Expect a gradual build, not a switch. At 5 g a day, muscle creatine stores fill over about three to four weeks; brain stores rise more slowly and by a smaller percentage[4]. Here is a realistic schedule for judging the product within the refund window.

If you notice nothing by about week eight, that is useful information, not a failure on your part. Use the window.

  1. Days 1-14: set the routine

Same drink, same meal, every day. Watch only for tolerance: stomach comfort, taste, any water weight.

  2. Days 15-30: keep simple notes

Once a week jot down three things: name recall, the afternoon slump, and how often you lose your train of thought.

  3. Days 31-60: a fair look

This is when trial participants typically showed changes, if any. Compare your notes with week one, honestly.

  4. Days 61-85: decide

Keep going if the notes show a difference you value. If not, contact support before day 90 so the refund is not a race.

Refund policy, decoded

Does MemoryFuel have a money-back guarantee?

Yes: 90 days from the original purchase date, covering opened and empty jars, refunded less the original shipping and handling. Here is exactly how it works, step by step, from the maker's published policy.

  1. Order day starts the clock

The 90 days count from your original purchase date, not from delivery.

  2. Give it a fair run

Use it daily for at least six to eight weeks so the decision is based on real experience.

  3. Check in before day 90

Do not wait for day 89. Postal delays do not extend the window.

  4. Contact the refund desk

Email support@thememoryfuel.com with your order number, or request it through ClickBank's order support at clkbank.com.

  5. Mail the jars back

Opened, unopened or empty, to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278. Include your order number.

  6. Return postage is on you

The policy refunds the product price "less shipping and handling," and does not offer a prepaid label. Use tracked mail.

  7. Wait for the refund

The maker says refunds are issued within 48 hours of the return arriving, back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few more days.

Why people send it back: the honest reasons

We do not have the maker's refund data and we will not make up percentages. These are the patterns that come up again and again with creatine-based brain products, and how to avoid a disappointing month.

Reason 1

Expecting results in hours

The advertising sets this expectation; the dose does not support it. Planning for eight weeks avoids most disappointment.

Reason 2

Taste and texture

Stevia and gritty creatine are not for everyone. Try it in juice or a smoothie before deciding the taste is a dealbreaker.

Reason 3

A doctor says not now

Kidney concerns or medication timing sometimes rule it out. That is a perfectly good reason to use the refund.

Due diligence

Is MemoryFuel legit or a scam?

MemoryFuel is a legitimate product. The checks that separate real supplements from scams all come back clean: there is a complete label with specific amounts, a named company with a U.S. address on the jar, a recognized payment processor acting as retailer, a published shipping and return address, and a refund policy in writing. ClickBank requires vendors to honor refunds within the stated window, which adds a second route if the maker is slow to respond.

Where caution is warranted is the marketing. The sales video leans on dramatic testimonials, promises results within hours, describes an ingredient (L-theanine) that the panel does not list, and attributes a dementia statistic to a source that does not match the study it appears to describe. The 40 percent figure about vitamin D comes from a University of Calgary and University of Exeter analysis of U.S. Alzheimer's center data[16], and the much-quoted 2024 creatine paper in a Nature journal used a single very large dose during sleep deprivation[6].

So: legitimate product, enthusiastic advertising. "Legit" does not mean "proven" or "miraculous," and results vary widely between people. Judge the jar by its label and your own notes, and use the 90 days.

Channels

Where to buy MemoryFuel

The maker sells MemoryFuel through its own website and ClickBank checkout, which is where every link on this desk leads. That is the channel that carries the 90-day refund policy, current packaging and stock that has not sat in an unknown warehouse.

Name check and unauthorized sellers

Search results also show "Memory Fuel" as two words, generic "brain fuel" powders and look-alike labels. The product described here is the Nutraville jar labeled MemoryFuel Brain Health Supplement, NET WT. 7.9 oz (224 g). Listings on Amazon, eBay or Walmart from third-party sellers are not covered by the maker's guarantee, and you cannot confirm how the powder was stored. If a deal looks much cheaper than $49 a jar, assume something is missing.

Our where-to-buy guide lists the specific red flags, and the jar check walks you through confirming a jar you already own.

MemoryFuel reviews: what buyers report

We do not publish invented testimonials or star ratings. What we can do is tell you what the public record shows and which themes come up repeatedly.

On the maker's pages

Selected testimonials

The sales page shows three named testimonials from retirees in Colorado, Texas and Utah describing sharper recall after two to three weeks. They are chosen by the seller, as testimonials always are, and the FTC notes that endorsements describe individual experiences, not typical results.

Review counts

Two different numbers

One maker page says "based on 19,651 reviews"; the video page says "3,247+ reviews." Neither links to a public review platform where the reviews can be read. We mention it so you weigh the counts accordingly.

Recurring themes

What people talk about

Taste and mixing, how long it takes to notice anything, early water weight from creatine, delivery time, and whether the refund covers shipping. Most of these are predictable from the formula and the policy.

Common complaints about MemoryFuel

"I did not feel anything in the first week."

Expected at a 5 g dose. Brain creatine builds over weeks. Judge at weeks six to eight, not day five.

"The powder clumps or sits at the bottom."

Creatine is only partly soluble in cold water. Use room-temperature liquid, stir longer, or shake it in a bottle.

"Shipping took longer than I expected."

Processing is 3-5 business days before the 5-7 day transit starts, so a week and a half is normal.

"My refund was less than I paid."

The policy excludes original shipping and handling. On the 4- and 6-jar packs shipping was free, so the difference is mainly return postage.

Our verdict

Our editorial score for MemoryFuel

8.1/10
Label transparency9.4
Dose vs. research8.6
Refund policy8.8
Value for money6.9
Accuracy of advertising6.8

MemoryFuel scores well where many brain supplements fail: a full panel, a meaningful creatine dose and a long refund window. It loses points for advertising that outpaces the evidence and for a price well above plain creatine. Scores are this desk's opinion, weighted equally across the five criteria.

Who writes and reviews this MemoryFuel site?

This site is run by a small independent order and reference desk. We are not the manufacturer, we do not hold inventory and we do not take payments; orders go to the maker's ClickBank checkout, and we earn a commission when someone buys through our links.

Every factual statement is checked against three things: the printed label, the maker's published order and refund pages, and peer-reviewed sources we link in full. We do not claim clinical credentials we do not have, and we do not publish anonymous "doctor approved" badges. When we get something wrong, we fix it and update the date at the top.

People also ask

What people search about MemoryFuel

Direct answers to the questions that show up most often next to the brand name.

Are there real MemoryFuel reviews?

There are testimonials on the maker's own pages and scattered buyer comments elsewhere, but no large independent review database. Treat seller testimonials as individual stories and rely on the label, the evidence and the 90-day refund policy instead.

Is MemoryFuel legit?

Yes. It has a full Supplement Facts panel, a named maker (Nutraville Pte Ltd, Austin, TX), ClickBank as retailer, and a written 90-day refund policy with a physical return address in Ohio.

Does MemoryFuel work for dementia?

No. It is a dietary supplement, not a dementia treatment. The creatine research behind it mostly involves healthy adults, and memory changes that disrupt daily life need a medical evaluation.

Is “Memory Fuel” the same as MemoryFuel?

People often type it as two words. The product on this page is the Nutraville jar labeled MemoryFuel Brain Health Supplement, 7.9 oz. Other “brain fuel” powders are different products with different formulas.

Is MemoryFuel just creatine?

Creatine is the main ingredient at 5,000 mg per scoop, joined by 300 mg choline, 300 mg magnesium, 2,000 IU vitamin D3 and 25 mcg vitamin B12. Plain creatine is cheaper but lacks the other four.

What is the “ATP gap” in MemoryFuel ads?

It is marketing shorthand for the idea that aging brains recycle cellular energy less efficiently. Creatine does buffer ATP, but “ATP gap” is not a medical diagnosis, and no test measures it in a doctor's office.

FAQ

MemoryFuel FAQ: questions people ask

Does MemoryFuel work for dementia or Alzheimer's disease?

No. MemoryFuel is a dietary supplement, and nothing in it is approved to treat, slow or reverse dementia. The creatine research it leans on was done mostly in healthy adults. Anyone noticing memory changes that affect daily life should see a doctor first.

Is MemoryFuel legit?

Yes, in the sense that matters for a buyer: it is a real product with a complete Supplement Facts panel, a named manufacturer (Nutraville Pte Ltd, Austin, Texas), a retailer of record (ClickBank) and a written 90-day refund policy. Legit does not mean proven; results vary.

What are the ingredients in MemoryFuel?

Per scoop the label lists creatine monohydrate 5,000 mg, choline (as dl-choline bitartrate) 300 mg, magnesium (as glycinate) 300 mg, vitamin D3 50 mcg and vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 25 mcg, plus natural flavors, silicon dioxide and stevia leaf extract.

How do you take MemoryFuel?

Mix one level scoop into 6 to 8 oz of water or another drink once a day, ideally with a meal you eat every day. Stir or shake well, because creatine does not fully dissolve in cold water.

What are the side effects of MemoryFuel?

Most people notice nothing. The ones reported for these ingredients are mild stomach upset or loose stools (magnesium, creatine on an empty stomach), a pound or two of water weight from creatine, and, at much higher choline intakes than this, a fishy body odor.

Is MemoryFuel just creatine?

Creatine is the biggest ingredient by weight, but the scoop also carries choline, magnesium, vitamin D3 and vitamin B12. Plain creatine is cheaper; MemoryFuel's case rests on bundling the five into one daily drink.

Can I take MemoryFuel with my medications?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. Magnesium can interfere with some antibiotics and osteoporosis drugs, vitamin D adds up with thiazide diuretics, and creatine is a poor fit for kidney disease or for people on drugs that strain the kidneys.

How much does MemoryFuel cost?

On the maker's checkout: 2 jars for $138 ($69 each, plus $9.99 shipping), 4 jars for $236 ($59 each, free U.S. shipping) or 6 jars for $294 ($49 each, free U.S. shipping and two digital bonuses).

Is MemoryFuel FDA approved?

No dietary supplement is FDA approved. The label says MemoryFuel is made in an FDA-registered facility, which describes the building's registration, not a review of the product.

How do I get a refund for MemoryFuel?

Contact the maker at support@thememoryfuel.com (or ClickBank's order support) within 90 days of purchase, then mail the jars, even empty ones, to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278. The refund excludes the original shipping and handling.
